• Send you the Big Win Buy Ins newsletter, which is the service you've subscribed to
• Personalise the picks to your country, so we only feature tournaments you can actually enter from where you play

• Resend (email delivery) sends newsletter issues to your inbox. Resend is US-based; international transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses.
• Cloudflare (hosting and form handling) serves this website and processes your subscription submission. Cloudflare operates global infrastructure; international transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with poker operators, advertisers, or any third party other than the processors listed above. We do not use your data for any purpose beyond delivering and managing your subscription.

How long we keep your data

For active subscribers: as long as you remain subscribed.

After unsubscribe: we retain a record of your email address (in hashed form where practical) solely to ensure we honour your unsubscribe and never re-add you if your address is resubmitted. This retention is necessary to meet our legal obligation to respect your withdrawal of consent. The record is retained indefinitely for this single purpose, unless you request full erasure (see Your Rights below).

Children

Self-exclusion
